PALLET BANK TERMS

By purchasing or participating in the Pallet Bank program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pallet Bank Packages:

500 Pallet Package: Includes light-weight pine timber pallets, secondhand/used, size 1165mm x 1165mm (Australian Standard Size). Price: $8,250 + GST (equivalent to $16.50 + GST per pallet). Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Pallet Fulfillment Fee: $65 + GST per order. Deliveries limited to Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.
Custom Pallet Package: Tailored packages are available upon consultation. Terms, pricing, and validity will be determined during the setup process. Contact 1300 217 444 to discuss options.

2. Redemption of Pallet Bank Balance:
Customers may redeem pallets by emailing orders@palletmate.com.au with their Pallet Bank Account Number and order details. Pallet balances are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period. Unused balances after expiration are forfeited.

3. Non-Refundable: Pallet Bank purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

4. Delivery Terms: Delivery is limited to Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions. Delivery times may vary based on availability and demand.

5. Pallet Fulfillment Fee: A Pallet Fulfillment Fee of $65 + GST is charged per order to cover the administrative, handling, and logistical coordination of your order. This fee ensures a smooth and efficient process every time pallets are requested from your Pallet Bank balance.

6. Changes to Program: Pallet Mate reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pallet Bank program, packages, or terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes in advance.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

You agree to indemnify Us and hold Us harmless from and against any and all liabilities or expenses arising from or in any way related to your use of this Website, the Services, or information offered on this Website, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and solicitors’ fees of every kind and nature incurred by you or any third parties through you.
